Vincent Van Duysen designs Louisa, a series of round and oval side tables where the presence of wood and cement is perceived in an innovative way, both tactilely and aesthetically. The supporting structure, a conical central plinth, rises from the ground and fits into a recessed surface inside, giving it a distinctive design. The surfaces, which act almost like suspended trays, are available in ash-colored, white, or brick-red cement, or in eucalyptus wood. These surfaces feature an original ray pattern, achieved through a special veneer bonding process, adding a unique touch of sophistication and texture to each piece. Louisa stands out for its elegant combination of materials, offering a functional and decorative piece, ideal for modern and contemporary spaces.
